Return of products

 

Don't like your product?

Good News:

You can return it to us for any reason within 14 days. 

If you wish to return a product,

 Here’s what you have to do:

1. Please inform us about Your return via e-mail:

  info@live2fly.ie , or use our contact form - contact form

 2. Attach to the package a written declaration, in which you express your wish to return the product, as well as  :

  • Order Data
  • Order Number
  • Full name & Address
  • Short Description of return item/s

3. Send the purchased product in undamaged condition and in the original packaging with its entire contents to our address:

 !!! Please, Remember:

  • If for any reason you would like to return your item(s), they must be in their original condition (with packaging and tags intact) 
  • Any item returned to us is at your own risk and cost. We're recommended to always use  a tracked delivery service 
    Please note that we will not be liable for any loss or damage to any returned items in transit and products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them. 
  •  All items will be inspected upon return and in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserves the right not  to refund the item and have to send it back to you at your expense.
  • The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs unless an item has been delivered to you either faulty or incorrectly. If you have received an item that is faulty or sent incorrectly, then please contact  us immediately by :

    email:  info@live2fly.ie or using our-   contact form  , before making arrangements to return the products,  providing images of the fault and description  of the item so that we can quickly agree next steps.

     

 

Complaints

 Before accepting a package, please always check that it has not been damaged in transit. If the packaging carries visible external damage, we advise that you refuse delivery of the package and then contact us by email :

  If the goods purchased turn out to have manufacturing defects or to differ from their description, please follow the complaint procedure described below:

  1. Send the defective product to us :

  1. Enclose  a written declaration, in which you describe in detail the reasons for returning the product, the form of compensation, and the return address and account number for a refund (depending on the decision taken by the store).
  2. Within 14 days of receiving the item we will notify you by e-mail or telephone of the result of the complaint procedure.
  3. If the complaint is accepted, within 7 working days of the date of the decision we will compensate you for the costs you have incurred by repairing the defective product, sending a new replacement or refunding your money.
  4. If the complaint is declined, we will send you detailed reasons for the decision and will return the product to you within 14 working days at our cost.

Warranty 

Equipment sold by our shop is covered by a manufacturer warranty. 

For every purchase in our shop You will receive a bill or invoice which is a proof of legality and origin of equipment purchased . The warranty conditions vary with each individual producer and are usually described in a warranty card that you can find with your product.
